…he entered my life…she was cured…good fortune came my way…I finally realized what’s true.
Do you believe in magic? I do.
So what is magic?

It’s when the unexplainable happens. It appears when we are aware of our surroundings. It happens when nature becomes part of us, and we’re part of nature. It’s when the mysteries of OUR lives are revealed to us.
One of my favorite quotes on magic is:
“And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.” — Roald Dahl, The Minpins
Your Superpowers
The way I see it, to experience magic, it is all up to us. Yep, us. It’s not in a wand, a charm, a crystal ball or any of that stuff. As I mentioned above, it comes from awareness. But our awareness must be shaped by a confident spirit, our imagination and an open mind. It comes from our unyielding belief in ourselves. It comes from hope.
These are our superpowers and if they aren’t fireing don’t count on experiencing magic.
I’ve Experienced Magic, have you?
I look for magic in my life, and I’ve experienced it firsthand. But there are times the magic is distant and cold. No, I’m not always completely aware of what’s going on in my life, and. I sometimes forget that humans are part of nature and we must always respect and engage in this relationship. as we age, unfortunately, or imagination fades. What a shame as life is so much more that cold hard, black and white, facts. Frankly, humans din’t know it all and that is so evident as we manuever thrrough the muck we have created. And sometimes I lack confidence, and I’m closed- minded. I have caught myself losing what I believe in, and I see hope dwindle.
So yes, magic doesn’t come easy, but it is right in front of us if we only take the time to look at the outside from the inside.
Yep, I can do this
Something in me reminds me that my life is up to me. Like a clap of thunder, I’m reminded that the magic isn’t too far away. But I have to do something about it. I have to recharge the powers that may be found only in me.
Yeah, I live in a world of wonder–of mysteries so I tell my self to “snap out of it”. With shoulders back, chin up and I look to the horizon with an air of confidence and then, I am ready. I remind myself that we are intertwined with the all in front of us and my awareness is heightened. I believe in me and YES, hope returns and drives me forward.
I find magic in the beauty that surrounds me. The sunsets, the mountains and the raindrops. The trees, the rushing brook, the breeze tht comes from nowhere all stir me. I stop, look and listen. I am aware of my place in life and the feeling that comes from this opens my eyes.
Once I’m recharged, the mysteries of my life begin to reveal themselves once more.
That’s when, as if by magic…
…he entered my life…she was cured…good fortune came my way…I finally realized what’s true.
